My aim is to support women through anxiety, overwhelm, and life's turning points. 

I offer specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for women navigating issues like low mood, self-doubt, and emotional overload; including support around pregnancy, early motherhood, and the menopause transition. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out or simply not yourself I am here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Throughout my time providing mental health services - I have worked with women in their homes, hospital settings and everywhere else. And this, alongside my own life experiences, has driven my passion to specialise in women's health and therapy.
